Prawn, spinach and coriander rice with ginger, chilli and garlic

Ingredients

brown Rice

king prawns

spinach

coriander

grated ginger

cloves
garlic

red chilli
2 - 3

soy sauce
Instructions
Cook the brown rice (or a rice of your choice)
Marinated the prawns with the ginger, garlic, soy and some olive oil
Stir fry the prawns, add the cooked rice, than the spinach and finish with the coriander and soy sauce.
Top with fresh coriander leaves and chopped chilli
