Always wondered how to roast the perfect poussin chicken? Follow the few simple steps below and have great results time after time.
Servings: 4 people
- 2 poussin chicken
- 15 ml olive oil
- 50 gram butter
- 2 chicory
- 1 bunch coriander
- Clean the chickens from feathers and impurities. Season with salt and olive oil.
- Add the chickens to an oven dish and roast them in the oven at 210°C for 45 minutes. Now add the butter and roast for 30 more minutes whilst basking the chickens with the butter.
- Leave the chickens to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
- Decorate a serving tray with chicory and coriander and serve the chickens hot.
